Yesterday before we left for the Ren Faire, I had seen a black cat go flying out of our next-door neighbor's fenced yard and up a 20-foot telephone pole after encountering a big dog. Yeay!! We have an phone/internet connection! :-) Unfortunately, we have to hook the phone directly to the box outside since we still have an issue with the phone jack/wires, but we are able to get online ( Read more... )

9 days and counting....... YIKES!!! Settlement day is coming up quick.

The last remaining obstacle is getting the handy man out to fix a few issues, then getting the Borough to issue the Use and Occupancy license for our buyers. It should be done in time, but damn is it getting cut close!!!
